Author Guidelines

Use Author Guideline with download from template by click this template

 

Use the provided template to write the article. In the template already prepared the necessary style in the process of writing the article. Save articles in * .doc format instead of * .docx or * .pdf, so we can easily edit the script for review and editing purposes.

WRITING ABSTRACT AND KEYWORDS

 Abstract is a summary of the writing. Therefore, the abstract contains a preliminary summary, a summary of the method, a summary of the results, and a summary of the conclusions. The number of words in the abstract ranges from 200 to 300 words.

 Keywords are scientific terms that are often encountered in the field of related science articles, and can be used as a search key to find articles. Use 3 -5 words or phrases / phrases that are key for this article.

WRITING PART INTRODUCTION (INTRODUCTION SECTION)

 The introduction describes the issues raised in the study. Introduction can contain the reasons why the topic being studied and written is considered important or necessary. Provide sufficient number of citations in this section. The literature review related to the results of previous research is also written in the Introduction, but the theoretical foundation does not need to be written.

The purpose of writing, summary systematic writing and summary of results can be written at a glance at the end of the introduction.

WRITING OTHER PARTS OF ARTICLES (OTHER SECTIONS)

Other sections of the article may contain Methods, Results, Discussions, or other section titles deemed necessary. In this section is written how to obtain data, algorithms or formulas used in research, how to process data, and how to evaluate / assess the results of research. This section can be completed with formulas, tables or drawings / graphs. Each formula, table, and image / graph should be referred to in the paragraph / article.

An in-depth review of the data obtained in the study can be described in this section. Can also be given a review that compares the results of this study with the results of research by other researchers.

WRITE OF LIABILITY AND CONCLUSION

At the end of the article can be written acknowledgment for people or institutions that have a large role in research. The concluding section contains a summary of the discussion points written in the article. Conclusions should be written in paragraph form, no need to use a number.

WRITING LIST REFERENCES

How to cite library using IEEE style [1]. Cites are sorted by their appearance on the posts and using Arabic numerals in square brackets [2]. It is strongly recommended to use a citation management application such as Mendeley or Reference Manager when writing articles [3] - [5], so managing cites becomes easy. Some applications are open source and can be used at no cost or at minimal cost [4], [6].

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
