Abstract

This study aims to determine to describe: (1) implement measures to
optimize learning strategies teacher leadership through learning
manager as efforts to improve the quality of teaching
Entrepreneurship in students of Class X Fashion 2 di SMK Negeri
3 Pati, and (2) efforts to improve the quality of learning
Entrepreneurship by applying learning strategies that optimize teacher leadership
through learning manager in the learning process.
Classroom Action Research used model Kemmis and McTaggart. Implementation
actions include four strands: (1) action planning; (2) the implementation of the
action; (3) observation; and (4) reflection. In action research with populations
students of Class X Fashion 2 in SMK Negeri 3 Pati amount 33 students, all of
which became the subject of research. Data collection techniques used
observation, interviews, documentation and diaries, then the results were
analyzed by calculating the percentage of: the quality of the learning process,
assessment, and teacher performance.
The results showed that the quality of the learning process of each Enterprise
increased cycle, this is seen in the first cycle the average level of quality learning
at 79 (degree of success "qualified") after the second cycle was held to 90 degree
of success "highly qualified"), so there is an increase of 7 points.
In conclusion optimization strategies through teacher leadership learning
managers can improve the quality of learning Entrepreneurship in students of
Class X Fashion 2.
