Author Guidelines
Abstract and Keywords
An abstract contains summary of the Introduction, summary of Methods, summary of Result and Discussion, and summary of Conclusion. The number of words in the abstract is limited to 200 – 300 words. Keywords contain key scientific terms that are used in an article. Use 3 – 5 words or terms that are common in the field of informatics and computer science.
Introduction section
Introduction section may contain description about problems that are studied in a research. It may contain arguments why the topic raised in the writing is important. Give proper number of citations for descriptions in the Introduction. Literature review may be included in this section where necessary. Research aim, writing systematics and summary of conclusion may be included here as well.
Other sections
The other sections may consist of Methods, Result, Discussion or any other section if considered necessary. The sections may contain descriptions of how data were obtained, which algorithms or formulations were used in the research, how data were processed, and how the results were evaluated. The sections may contain formula, tables and/or figures. Any formula, table and figure must be refered to in the description.
Citation and Bibliography
References or sources pengutiapan with footnotes models, with the order of author's name, year, page. examples (Harun Nasution, 2014: 31). Alphabetic writing bibliographies, and written in the order: author's name, year of publication, title, city of publication, publisher. example: Nasution, Harun, 2014. Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point Times New Roman font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- Form of articles (reflective thinking) created: 1) title, 2) the name of author along with email and institutions, 3) abstract, 4) Keyword, 5) introduction, 6) Content (footnote), 7) closing, 8) bibliography
- The article is the result of research by writing format: 1) title, 2) the name of the author and email and institutions, 3) Abstract, 4) Keyword, 5) introduction: background issues, Overview libraries, problems and research objectives, methods, results of research , discussion, conclusions and suggestions, bibliography.
