PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIS SISWA MELALUI PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF KUIS MATEMATIKA SDN KUANGSAN

Abstract

This service is carried out with the aim of providing a model for developing active learning tools for mathematics quizzes. With the application of face-to-face learning on a limited basis amid the concessions provided by the government in the field of education. Now regarding the mathematical abilities possessed by elementary students, basically it is very important in the application of everyday life, with that students begin to have to understand and understand how important mathematical concepts are because they will be very useful in the future. The analysis of devotion used is a participatory method by fully involving students and a teacher only as a facilitator or guide and using 2 cycles. With the hope that in 1 cycle there are 2 meetings able to improve students' understanding of mathematical abilities and there is a progress in students. From the analysis and observations of the first cycle and the second cycle of each cycle there has been an increase in students' understanding. The quiz questions used are different in each cycle, it can be concluded that the active learning method of mathematics quizzes is effectively used to improve students' mathematical abilities in each type of material. This math quiz learning model can be applied to further learning by adjusting the material being studied.
