Perancangan dan Pembuatan Aplikasi Manajemen Peminjaman Kendaraan berbasis Web dengan Framework Codeigniter

Abstract

PT. Surveyor Indonesia yang berada di Jakarta Selatan memerlukan sebuah aplikasi berbasis Web yang dapat mengatur peminjaman kendaraan operasional agar bisa terpantau seluruh aktivitas peminjamannya. Sistem peminjaman sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual dengan pengisian kertas sehingga proses menjadi lama dan informasi data masih belum akurat. Untuk itu diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat saling terintegrasi dalam proses peminjaman, maka aplikasi ini di buat dengan metode waterfall  dan dengan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, javascript, framework codeigniter serta database MySQL. Aplikasi ini diuji dengan metode blackbox untuk melihat fungsionalitas sistem, serta diimplementasika di PT Surveyor Indonesia sebagai jawaban atas kendala yang terjadi. Gambaran umun sistem yaitu terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) level pengguna, meliputi: Staff, Kepala Bagian dan Admin Kendaraan. Dimana sistem ini dapat memantau kendaraan yang tersedia, sopir yang tersedia dan e-card atau kumpulan kartu e-money yang dapat digunakan dengan output akhir adalah laporan peminjaman kendaraan.
