Abstract

The application of Islamic Law in the constitution in Indonesia with various problems of the position and existence of Islamic law in the constitutional system in Indonesia. There are many conradictions and contraversies in realizing the national legal system, because it dies not rely entirely on customary law and islamic law and western law. The form of constitution is an effort to make changes to something that already axists into somrthing new with adjustments and changes.
