HAMBATAN PADA PELAKSANAAN SELF CARE HIPERTENSI: Scoping Review

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus pasien hipertensi mengalami komplikasi karena tidak optimalnya tindakan self – care pada pasien. Sehingga perlu diketahui hambatan – hambatan dalam melaksanakan self – care hipertensi. Penelitian sebelumnya hanya membahas mengenai faktor hambatan pada pasien hipertensi. Sedangkan hambatan secara keseluruhan belum ditemukan. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan hambatan dalam melakukan self – care hipertensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan apa saja hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan self – care hipertensi dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya yang kemudian akan dibagi menjadi beberapa kategori menurut sumber faktor penghambatanya. Metode penelitian scoping review. Pencarian literatur menggunakan database PubMed dan CINAHL, serta search engine Google Scholar. Literatur yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dan non – eksperimental, menggunakan artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, rentang waktu terbit studi adalah 10 tahun terakhir (2012 – 2022), populasi penelitian adalah pasien hipertensi dewasa dan lansia. Kemudian artikel dilakukan ekstraksi data, analisa data secara kualitatif, dan hasil analisa dimasukan dan dilakukan pengelompokan berdasarkan sumber faktor hambatan self – care yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 16 artikel dan dari ke 16 artikel tersebut hampir seluruhnya menyebutkan faktor hambatan dalam melakukan self – care hipertensi berasal dari pasien. Kesimpulan bahwa hampir seluruh faktor penghambat dalam melakukan self – care hipertensi berasal dari pasien. Rekomendasi diharapkan perawat untuk meningkatkan hubungan komunikasi, keterampilan, dan jumlah tenaga kerja dalam memberikan bantuan self –care. Pasien, keluarga, caregiver, dan masyarakat berkontribusi penuh dalam proses pendidikan self – care hipertensi. Serta peneliti selanjutnya untuk melanjutkan penelitian ini dan menemukan inovasi dalam upaya deteksi awa
