Identifikasi Disain Apartemen Solo Urbana Residence dalam Merespon Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

COVID-19 menjadi sebuah tantangan disegala sektor bidang, akibatnya diperlukan adaptasi untuk menyesuaikan tatanan new normal, salah satunya social distancing. Dalam hal ini arsitek pastinya dituntut untuk mengolah desain baik dari segi interior, eksterior bahkan lingkungan binaan menjadi semakin adaktif pada kondisi pandemi. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini menjadi sebuah kajian, untuk mengetahui perubahan desain bangunan terutama hunian bersama dengan kondisi new normal semasa pandemi. Seperti halnya perubahan terhadap desain ruang publik, lobby, tangga, lift, entrance, material, sistem pencahayaan dan sistem tata udara yang perlu didesain ulang sedemikian rupa dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, untuk mencapai hasil akhir berupa identifikasi dan kriteria desain pasca COVID-19 pada bangunan Apartemen Solo Urbana Residence. Sementara rekomendasi ditujukan untuk perubahan pada bangunan yang berorientasi pada pencapaian bangunan dengan standar pasca COVID-19
