Dr. Elizabeth Ndeukumwa Ngololo is a Senior Researcher in the Multi-disciplinary Research Centre, University of Namibia. She has several years of management and teaching experience as Head of Department, Manager Institutional Research, Coordinator of Science Education Programme and teaching at the University of Namibia and Namibia University of Science and Technology. Her research areas include: Information, Communication and Technology in Education, Science and Mathematics Education, Teacher Education, Educational Programme Evaluation, IKS and Early Childhood Development. She has published extensively in academic journals; and supervised post graduate students
Leena Ngonyofi Kanandjebo

Leena Ngonyofi Kanandjebo is a lecturer for Mathematics Education modules in the Faculty of Education at the University of Namibia. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons) [Mathematics and Physical Science] and Master's degree in Mathematics Education from University of Namibia. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the International University of Management. She published article in the Journal of IEJME-Mathematics Education and Journal of Educational Studies, as a first author. She also presented a paper at 7th National Mathematics Congress.
Leena has also participated in the writing of secondary school Mathematics ordinary level (OL) and Advanced subsidiary (AS) level textbooks for learners and teachers. These textbooks are approved by National Institute for Educational Development (NIED) and are being utilized in the teaching of Mathematics in Namibian secondary schools. Her research interests are in mathematics education and teacher education, with a particular focus on aspects of continuing professional development and the use of information and communications technology in relation to school mathematics reform.
