Pengaruh Pembelajaran Digital Terhadap Kemampuan Inovasi Dimediasi Oleh Kesiapan Individu Dalam Situasi Pandemik Covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan metode pembelajaran online dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berinovasi yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi proses belajar mengajar diera digitalisasi dalam situasi pandemik COVID-19. Studi korelasi ini dilakukan dengan cara survei dengan menyebar kuesioner. Kuesioner penelitian ini menggunakan google drive untuk menyebar kuesioner kepada para dosen yang memanfaatkan digitalisasi sebagai media proses belajar mengajar selama situasi pandemik COVID-19. Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 responden yang diambil secara acak di perguruan tinggi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 variabel yang terdiri dari variabel independent dan variabel dependent. Variabel yang dimaksud yaitu; Pembelajaran digital (X), Kesiapan Individu (Y1), dan workplace innovatioan (Y2). Temuan dalam penelitian adalah Pembelajaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inovasi ditempat kerja melalui individuals readiness , selanjutnya Pembelajaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individuals readiness. Kesiapan Individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inovasi ditempat kerja. Dalam hal ini kesiapan individu sangat berarti dalam meningkatkan kinerja inovasi di tempat kerja
