Author Guidelines

GENERAL AUTHOR GUIDELINES

  1. Articles received are those which are the results of research or conceptual articles in the field of management science.
  2. This research article contains Introduction, Literature Review, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Suggestions and References. While conceptual articles do not contain methods.
  3. The article will be reviewed in peer blind-review by the expert editor and the eligibility and rejection of article submission is notified in writing.
  4. All published manuscripts belong to the journal.
  5. The author must states that the article is an original work that is not being considered, not submitted or has been published by other publishers.
  6. The article is written on A4 paper submitted in softcopy format with margin top 3 cm, bottom 2.5 cm, left 4 cm right 2.5 cm, one column, 1.5 spacebar, Times New Roman letter with amount between 10-15 pages. Paragraphs are given first line 1.5 cm and inter-paragraphs are not spaced double. (Download template )
  7. Articles can be written in Indonesian or English and foreign terms are typed in italic. Unit of measure use IU system (International Unit System).
  8. Title shall be of 15 words in maximum if written in Indonesian and 12 words in maximum if written in English. Typed in capital with 14pt font size and bold. The name (of) the author is written in 12pt bold. The name of the affiliation and author email and communication is only done with the corresponding author.
  9. Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian with 10pt size, space 1, left right indent 0.5 cm, written in one paragraph within 100-150 words range. Keywords are written in capital letters in 10pt font size, italic, lowercase, 3-5 words.
  10. The main section of the article is written in Time New Roman 12pt. The chapter title is written in capital letters, bold without listing chapter numbers. The pembaban is not made as thesis writing that includes problem statement, literature review and the like but enough with the continuing narrative. The sub chapters are also without numbering.
  11. Tables and Drawings should not be intermittent, but written on a single page, titled with successive numbering and must include the reference. The table title is placed above the table while the title of the image is placed underneath the image. Table title or picture bold (bold) and capitalized at the beginning of the word. Tables are created with 10pt letter size without displaying column lines and line lines only to separate table captions and end tables. Keep the image just black and white.
  12. The equation is written separately by the center position with the sequential numbering on the right, if the equation is too long to use spliting.
  13. References are written in accordance Harvard Style system which is the author-date parenthetical referencing (author-date parenthetical referencing) which contains the author's name and the year of the article. Example: (Liana, 2016). Refer to the textbook with page number. Example: (Hanan, 2011: 17). It is expected to use primary references, (not tiered references) such as: Farid (2016) in Mardalis (2000) in Ahmad (1997). Quotations (though not recommended) are prefixed and terminated with quotation marks (") written separately with space 1 and left-right indent 0.5cm.

    Editors can edit, abbreviate and improve the posts to be loaded in accordance with the required standard writing format without changing the intent and content of the article.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  4. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
