Kesuksesan pemimpin dalam mendorong semangat kerja karyawannya sangat bergantung pada gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat muncul dari kesuksesan tersebut yang kemudian melahirkan sikap loyal terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan suportif dan direktif bersama kepuasan kerja berdampak pada loyalitas karyawan PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU PACITAN. Dengan menerapkan metode penelitian kuantitatif, sampel penelitian ini mencakup keseluruhan anggota populasi yang berjumlah 120 orang karyawan PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU PACITAN. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji sobel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan Suportif dan Direktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, (2) Kepemimpinan Suportif dan Direktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan, (3) Kepemimpinan Suportif, Direktif dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan.

Abstract

The success of a leader in encouraging employees’ work spirit is highly dependent on the leadership style applied. Employee job satisfaction can arise from this success which then leads to the establishment of their loyal attitude towards the company. This study aims to determine how supportive and directive leadership together with job satisfaction have an impact on employee loyalty at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU PACITAN. By applying quantitative research methods, the sample of this study involves the entire population of 120 employees of PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU PACITAN. Research data were collected through questionnaires distributed online and analyzed using multiple linear regression and Sobel tests. The results show that (1) Supportive Leadership and Directive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (2) Supportive Leadership and Directive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee loyality, (3) Supportive Leadership, Directive Leadership and Employee Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty.
