Palliative Care Pada Pasien Skizofrenia: A Literatur Review

Abstract
Abstrak:Perawatan paliatif sebagai pendekatan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan keluarganya menghadapi masalah yang berhubungan dengan penyakit yang mengancam jiwa, melalui pencegahan dan pengurangan penderitaan melalui identifikasi dini dan penilaian menyeluruh dan pengobatan nyeri dan masalah lain, fisik, psikososial dan spiritual. Tujuan dari tinjauan pustaka ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan pemahaman yang sistematis tentang perawatan paliatif pada pasien skizofrenia. Metode:Metode yang digunakan dalam literature review ini menggunakan analisis beberapa artikel yang berhubungan dengan judul melalui pencarian database seperti: PubMed, Google Scholar, dan Science Direct, kemudian disaring berdasarkan kata kunci, bahasa dan artikel terpilih berupa artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam 5 tahun terakhir menggunakan kata kunci Pemilihan artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Perawatan paliatif” [Mesh] DAN “Spektrum skizofrenia dan gangguan psikotik lainnya”[Mesh]. Artikel-artikel yang ditemukan dibaca dengan seksama untuk melihat apakah artikel tersebut memenuhi kriteria inklusi penulis yang akan digunakan sebagai literatur dalam penulisan tinjauan pustaka. Mata pencaharian terbatas dari tahun 2015 - 2021 yang diakses fulltext gratis dan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Hasil: Hasil dari tinjauan pustaka ini, dari database PubMed, Google Scholar, dan Science Direct, ditemukan 3.340 artikel. Ada 8 artikel yang relevan dengan literature review. Kesimpulan: beberapa faktor yang menghambat keluarga dan individu dalam menggunakan layanan perawatan paliatif meliputi; faktor individu, faktor sosial, faktor pelayanan kesehatan dan faktor sistem kesehatan. Faktor individu terdiri dari efek gejala pada komunikasi, kepercayaan, Faktor sosial seperti stigma, dukungan sosial dan pengambilan keputusan, Faktor perawatan kesehatan, termasuk manfaat perawatan yang dirasakan, serta pendekatan multidisiplin dan faktor sistem kesehatan.
