Abstract

Kebutuhan spiritual menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dasar penting yang harus dipenuhi oleh perawat kepada pasien, penelitian sebelumnya menjelaskan bahwa pasien yang menjalani perawatan sebagian besar mengalami distress spiritual yang ditandai dengan menangis, mengeluh dengan kondisinya, dan kesulitan tidur. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja tipe kebutuhan spiritual di rumah sakit dan bagaimana intervensi yang efektif untuk memnuhi kebutuhan spiritual digunakan oleh perawat.Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review yang berfokus pada intervensi spiritual oleh perawat dengan database berupa PubMed, Science Direct, dan Google Scholar diterbitkan pada tahun 2015-2020. Melalui review terhadap 10 artikel terpilih diperoleh bahwa model intevensi spritual yang efektif adalah model intervensi yang diberikan dengan memperhatiakan aspek intra,inter dan transpersonal terpenuhi dengan pendekatan keagamaan yang dilakukan secara bertahap. hasil tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa Intervensi spiritual dengan pendekatan keagamaan efektif dan direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara maksimal dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien.
