Editorial Policies

Focus and Scope

Jurnal Penelitian Humaniora welcomes submissions that provide insights into current and key issues dealing with humanities. The journal provides a venue for humanities researchers and practitioners to discuss, pursue and promote knowledge in emerging and developing areas in humanities studies. The language of the manuscript can be in English and Indonesia. There must be critical discussion of issues and new and significant contribution to the related field. Articles can be from any of the following areas:

  • linguistics: phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, conversation analysis, critical Discourse Analysis
  • literature: contemporary literature, comparative literature , Interdisciplinary Approaches in Literature, literary criticism, Literature and history, literature and media, literature and other arts, Poetry and prose
  • philosophy:  epistemology, metaphysics, ethics, aesthetics, theology
  • psychology: psychology of education, psychology of social, counseling psychology.
  • education: Instruction, teaching and training, guidance and counseling, learning studies.
  • Law
  • cultural studies

Peer Review Process

Each article will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers. The journal editor guarantees that in each reviewing process, a writer will not be notified about their article reviewers. The reviewing process consumes at least two weeks upon the receipt of articles. The editorial board will decide the accepted and rejected articles pursuant to the reviewers’ recommendations.

 

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Penelitian Humaniora is issued in February and August each year.

 

 

 

Open Access Policy

This is an open journal and the articles in this journals can be accessed globally

 

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
