Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta as publisher of Indigenous takes its duties of guardianship over all stages of publishing extremely seriously and we recognize our ethical and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue has no impact or influence on editorial decisions. In addition, Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta and Editorial Board will assist in communications with other journals and/or publishers where this is useful and necessary.

Strating from 2021, Indigenous publishes articles in English three times a year around March, July, and November, by Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Indigenous is available in printed-out and electronic version.

Indigenous has also been indexed and abstracted in various indexing database such as DOAJ, Sinta, Google Scholar, Dimensions, and GARUDA

Prospective authors should consult the author guidelines or the provided template prior to submitting their works. All submissions are double blind reviewed by peer reviewers.

This journal is also collaborating with Esoterik: Jurnal Akhlak dan Tasawuf in terms of sharing knowledge in Journal Management and Publishing.
