This publication offers immediate open access to its material on the grounds that allowing anyone to read research contributes to a larger flow of ideas across national and international boundaries.
The Journal of Islamic Educational Thoughts and Practices is a peer-reviewed journal with open access. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the basis that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The article processing or delivery of the manuscript submitted to the manager or editor through an online system or by using the OJS Open Access publishing model
Due to the fact that this publication is open-access, users and/or institutions can access all of the content for free. Users may access full-text articles in this journal without the publisher's or author's consent by reading, downloading, copying, disseminating, printing, searching for, or linking to those particular articles. This adheres to the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
PLAGIARISM POLICY
Since plagiarism is not acceptable for any author, Journal of Islamic Educational Thoughts and Practices (Iseedu) has established the following policy, which outlines specific actions (penalties) that will be taken when plagiarism is found by (Iseedu) anti-plagiarism software detection (we are using www.turnitin.com) in an article that has been submitted for publication.
Plagiarism is the act of taking another person's words or ideas and presenting them as your own. To prevent being accused of plagiarism, you must both separate and distinguish the copied content from your own text and cite the original author of the copied text. The use of plagiarism is considered fraud and can have severe repercussions, such as job loss, damage to one's reputation, and receiving a failing or decreased grade in a course.
This designation of plagiarism applies for derivative manuscript and ideas:
1. Regardless of the author of the copied material or concept.
2. Regardless of whether the author(s) of the text or concept that you have copied actually lifted that text or idea from another source.
3. Whether or not the content or concept you copy has a known author.
4. Regardless of the format of your material (journal paper/article, online page, book chapter, paper for a college course, etc.) into which you copy the text or concept.
5. Whether or not the creator of the original gives permission for the item to be copied; and
6. Whether or not you are the originator of the material or concept that was copied (self-plagiarism).
The Editorial Board responsible for reviewing this work will decide on measures in accordance with the level of plagiarism found in the article in accordance with the following rules when plagiarism is discovered by the Plagiarism Checker program.
A Minor Plagiarism
Without any major information or ideas obtained from the other papers or publications, a single sentence or brief paragraph from another work is considered to be plagiarized.
Punishment: The authors are issued a warning and asked to revise the article and correctly cite the primary sources.
Intermediate Plagiarism
A substantial piece of information, a paragraph, or a sentence is copied from another work without giving credit to the original author or source.The submitted article is automatically rejected
Severe Plagiarism
A significant amount of a paper contains plagiarized material, including the use of other authors' ideas, methods, and original conclusions (data, formulations, equations, laws, and statements, for example).
The paper is automatically rejected as punishment, and the authors are not permitted to submit any more articles to the journal.
